Protein Buzz is a brand of BioTech USA, which is based in Budapest, Hungary, and was founded in 1993 by Frederic Levai under the former name JLM Power Line. This company originally sold fitness equipment until it was renamed BioTech USA in 1999 and specialized in the sale of nutritional supplements for athletes. Today, BioTech USA is one of the 5 largest sports supplement manufacturers in Europe and has over 1500 employees.

The company works with over 70 professional and amateur athletes in product development, whose feedback and experience is incorporated into the development of new products and the further development of existing products. The Protein Buzz brand comprises cost-effective products for bodybuilders and athletes and is limited to common muscle-building supplements such as protein powder, vitamins and minerals, weight gainers, amino acid products, creatine and testosterone boosters.
