PB2 Foods

The PB2 Foods brand, which was launched in 2007, is a brand of the Bell Plantation company founded in 1991 by the Bell brothers in the USA as an agricultural research institute. From the outset, Bell Plantation focused on peanut butter, which is a staple food in the United States. It has set itself the goal of using a new, innovative recipe to make peanut butter more accessible to people who want to eat a lower-calorie diet or make a conscious change to their diet.

PB2's products are primarily peanut butter in powder form, which can be mixed with water by the consumer and is also suitable as an ingredient for protein shakes and many recipes. Compared to traditional peanut butter, PB2 peanut butter powder is 85% lower in calories and fat and has a significantly higher protein content, while retaining the full taste of peanut butter. This is achieved by a special pressing process in which a large proportion of the fat contained in the peanuts is extracted from the particularly slow-roasted peanuts. In addition, the manufacturer does not add any preservatives or sweeteners in order to guarantee a completely natural product.

In addition to peanut butter powder in various flavors, the PB2 Foods product range also includes almond butter powder, various almond and peanut-based protein powders and a pre-workout nut protein with added caffeine. PB2 Foods' target group includes bodybuilders, athletes and non-athletes who want to eat less fat and calories, but still don't want to miss out on the taste of classic peanut butter.
