5% Nutrition

The name 5% Nutrition was chosen in reference to Piana's "5% mentality", which stands for the 5% of people who have the drive to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals. Even after the death of Rich Piana in 2017, the 5% Nutrition brand continued to exist and, following the tragic death of its founder, even further expanded its cult status among loyal fans.

As far as quality standards are concerned, 5% Nutrition attaches great importance to guaranteeing its customers consistently high product quality, which is achieved, among other things, by sourcing all raw materials exclusively from companies that are cGMP (Certified for Good Manufacturing Practices) certified. This is complemented by strict internal quality control for all products.

5% Nutrition is primarily known for products such as training boosters and similar products aimed at hardcore athletes and bodybuilders. However, the product range now also includes numerous other classic strength sports and bodybuilding products such as weight gainers, supplements to support joint health, protein powders and much more. In addition, there are numerous merchandising products such as bodybuilding clothing and the like, as Rich Piana continues to be very popular with his fans.

5% Nutrition's target audience is primarily bodybuilders and strength athletes who are serious about their hard training and want to give it their all in the gym and/or on the competition stage. 5% Nutrition is represented in the field of competitive bodybuilding at many national and international events and sponsors a whole range of bodybuilders and athletes who are more interested in hardcore bodybuilding than in fitness and classic bodybuilding.
