RECIPE: Fitness donuts with a liquid peanut butter center
Donuts are one of many people's favorite pastries, and not just in the USA. However, the original is very greasy and far from being a healthy food. This is now a thing of the past. Here is the fitness version, which is rich in protein.
- 160g low-fat quark
- 1 egg
- 50g Whey e.g. Donut Dough GN Laboratories
- 5g Frankys Candy Flavor Vanilla
- 100ml low-fat milk
- 10g coconut oil
- 60g spelt flour
- 5g baking powder
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients together and pour half into donut molds (6 pieces), then put 1 teaspoon of chocolate peanut butter on each muffin. Then top with the remaining batter.
