Here is a recipe for delicious, soft homemade protein bars.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops of vanilla flavored protein powder
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup egg white
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple pulp
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener if desired)

Preparation:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the wet ingredients
  3. Grease a baking tray and spread the mixture evenly.
  4. Bake the bars at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
