Here is a recipe for delicious, soft homemade protein bars.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops of vanilla flavored protein powder
- ½ tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup egg white
- 1 cup unsweetened apple pulp
- ½ cup water
- 4 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener if desired)
Preparation:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix in the wet ingredients
- Grease a baking tray and spread the mixture evenly.
- Bake the bars at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
