Recipe of the week - Cream cheese/pudding protein cake - Refreshing & delicious!
For the base:
- 30g Kelloggs special K or similar
- 25g Xucker
- 10g vanilla whey
Mix everything with a mixer, press into the cake tin and put in the fridge. In the meantime, make the cream.
- 100ml 0.1% milk
- 25 g Frankys Sweet Pudding
- 300g light cream cheese
- 50g low-fat quark
- 1 capful of sweetener
- 10 drops Candy splash Cheesecake Flavor
- 10 g gelatine (heat up beforehand)
Mix everything together and place in the fridge
