Protein pancakes made easy!
How about delicious casein pancakes, refined with Zerup Caramel from Frankys Bakery. Have fun baking them!
Ingredients:
- Frankys Bakery Zerup
- 30g GN Casein Vanilla
- 80g spelt flour
- 100g low-fat quark
- 100ml low-fat milk
- 5g baking powder
- 1 egg
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl as indicated above. Mix with a whisk until everything is well combined. For one pancake, place 2 heaped tablespoons of the finished batter in a frying pan and fry over a medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. The pancakes are done when they are golden brown on both sides. Garnish with fruit as desired and refine with Frankys Bakery Zerup Caramel. Have fun baking them!
