Dairy Whey Crêpes without sugar
The Advent season is about to begin! That means Christmas markets, mulled wine, presents, cookies and not forgetting CREPES! Bring the winter feeling into your home and make it healthier. Have fun baking!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop GN Whey Vanilla Caramel
- Xucker powdered sugar (sugar substitute)
- Frankys Bakery Zerups
- 50g spelt flour
- 200 ml (oat) milk
- 5g baking powder
- almond slivers
- blueberries
- 1 egg
Preparation:
Mix the spelt flour, oat milk, baking powder and GN 100% Dairy Whey together, add the egg and stir well. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan and heat the crêpe batter. While heating, add the Zerups and turn the crêpe after about 60 seconds. Repeat the process until the crêpe is golden brown on both sides. Garnish with fresh fruit, slivered almonds and Xucker powdered sugar. Your wintery crêpes are ready!
