Why is our booster called "Relevant"?
Our dosages are relevant because they have been proven effective by numerous studies. For example, according to studies, 5g of creatine daily is a relevant dosage for an effective effect.
Unlike some competitors, we do not advertise with superficial claims such as a "blatant pump matrix" with 4g of arginine, citrulline and ornithine. However, if you take a closer look at the label, you quickly realize that the total amount of these substances is only 4g. For an effective dose, citrulline alone should be at least 4g (ornithine around 2g and arginine ideally 5g).

We wanted to develop a booster that still offers a strong pump without resorting to glycerol. Therefore, we had only one reasonable and responsible alternative: Nitrosigine ®.
Nitrosigine ® - the ingredient for your ultimate muscle pump
Nitrosigine ® is a patented form of arginine that is combined with silicate. If you prefer a quick effect, you will love Nitrosigine and therefore also the new Relevant V3. We use 1g Nitrosigine ® per serving, which makes the pump noticeable after around 15 minutes and lasts for up to 6 hours. Relevant V3 is supported by classic booster ingredients such as glycine (1.5g per serving) and citrulline (4g per serving), which provide additional pump and energy. They also improve the supply of nutrients to your muscles and the removal of metabolic waste products for rapid recovery.

A further 90mg of caffeine per serving comes from guarana extract (900mg). The secondary plant substances in guarana ensure that the effect of the caffeine lasts longer, the "arousal curve" rises slowly and steadily and then gradually flattens out to avoid an unpleasant "crash".
