Verzehrempfehlung
Mix 1 portion (25 g = 1 measuring spoon up to the upper mark = 2 heaped tablespoons) of the powder with 200 ml or 350 ml2 of water in the shaker bottle. Whey ist ja so eine Sache, die einen schwören darauf die anderen versuchen möglichst selten auf Shakes zurückzugreifen oder sie ganz wegzulassen. Ich persönlich mag Shakes sie machen es echt easy sein Protein zu decken und dieses schmeckt mir wirklich ausgesprochen gut
