Verzehrempfehlung
For one serving, mix 2 scoops or 14 grams of EAA TST with 500 ml of water in a shaker or drinking bottle. Shake the EAA drink well and drink it shortly before, during and/or after training, preferably on an empty stomach. Athletes under 70 kg can usually manage with just 14 g of powder, while very heavy athletes often consume slightly more.

The unique EAA formula of EAA TST is based on the official WHO (World Health Organization) intake recommendation for essential amino acids. As a result, EAA TST not only supplies your body with all 8 essential amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-lysine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methionine and L-tryptophan), but also with L-cystine and L-histidine. The latter amino acids are part of the recommendation, although they are considered semi-essential, which means that they only become essential under certain circumstances (e.g. for regeneration or recovery processes). EAA-TST has also been enriched with the amino acid L-tyrosine, which acts as a starting point for the synthesis of all catecholamines and thyroid hormones.

Geschmack und Formel ist 1 A , alles drin um Leistungen zu bringen !

Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Alle 9 eaas drin + sogar noch 2 semi essentielle Aminosäuren!

Geschmack gut, mit heißem oder warmen Wasser wie Punsch

Super Zusammensetzung (endlich mal nur Aminosäuren ohne Schnickschnack)
Der Geschmack wird nicht jedem gefallen, allerdings schmecken Cherry und Wild Berry mit heißem oder warmen Wasser sehr gut. Wild Berry schmeckt auch mit kalten Wasser gut. Ist aber letztendlich Geschmackssache, da hier vorallem kein Zucker enthalten ist. (Was ich als positiv empfinde).

Unfassbar! Wirklich mit Abstand das widerlichste, was ich in meinem Leben jemals getrunken oder sogar gerochen habe. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man so ein Produkt auf den Markt bringen kann.
Kann nur von Pink Grapefruit sprechen, aber das hat wirklich nichts mit Grapefruit oder irgendwas Essbarem zutun!

Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt...

ich bin ja schon einiges gewohnt aber das war der Knaller....erst war das Pulver so bröselig wie Betonestrich....sogar den Löffel musste ich waschen weil er total verklebt war und dann der Geschmack dazu wo ich dachte ich muss sofort auf den Porzellan-Gott. Grausam! Sowas kann und darf man nicht verkaufen.

Definitiv KEINE KAUFENTFEHLUNG!!!!!
