Vitamin D3 and K2 are two essential vitamins that are involved in a number of important processes in the human body. The two vitamins act synergistically and support each other in their effect (1). According to one study, this reciprocal effect is particularly important for maintaining healthy bones and teeth (2).

Vitamin D3

Vitamin D is also known as "calciferol" and differs from other vitamins and trace elements in that we can hardly get it from our diet. It has to be produced by the action of external factors, by the ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun hitting the human skin. The sun's rays trigger the body's own vitamin D synthesis and we can benefit from the vitamin. Studies have shown that vitamin D, especially in combination with vitamin K2 and the mineral calcium, plays a decisive role in maintaining healthy and stable bones and teeth (1,2,3).

In addition, calciferol is also needed to maintain the normal function of the body's muscles. In a study, vitamin D promoted muscle development in the study participants and also had a positive effect on muscle coordination in the test subjects (4). Vitamin D also plays a central role in the immune system and well-being. It is involved in the normal functioning of the immune system and had an extremely large influence on the general state of well-being of the participants in a scientific study (5).

As already described, vitamin D3 is synthesized by the human body itself with the help of the sun. Unfortunately, this leads many people to believe that vitamin D deficiency is relatively rare in the general population. However, a large-scale study has shown the exact opposite. According to the results of the study, a significant proportion of the population in Germany suffers from a more or less pronounced vitamin D def iciency (7,9). For this reason, it is important to have your vitamin D levels checked at regular intervals in order to rule out a deficiency.

A vitamin D deficiency can lead to various and sometimes very serious consequences. The most common symptoms usually include unspecific aspects such as fatigue, tiredness, reduced performance, lack of motivation, depressive moods and a higher susceptibility to illnesses such as colds or flu (8,9). However, a severe and prolonged vitamin D deficiency can even lead to a loss of bone mass. One study showed that a reduction in bone mass can result in significantly more unstable and brittle bones. This altered bone structure was also associated with an increased risk of injury for the subjects in the test group (10).

Vitamin K2

Vitamin K2 has a positive effect on blood clotting (11) and plays an important role in calcium metabolism. As part of the calcium metabolism, it ensures the activation of so-called GLA proteins, which is particularly important for the maintenance of bones and teeth (1,12). However, a healthy calcium metabolism also plays a central role in maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system. An ideally functioning cardiovascular system with elastic blood vessels improves the general state of physical endurance, among other things (13). However, it also has an important effect on muscle building. The body's own protein biosynthesis is greatly influenced by how well the blood circulation in our body can supply the muscle cells with nutrients.

Summary:

Both vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 have a major impact on health and the maintenance of many important functions in our bodies. The two vitamins contained in Gods Rage D3/K2 Drops work synergistically and reinforce each other's effects. This makes taking the two vitamins in a single product incredibly efficient. Thanks to the liquid dosage form as drops, you can adjust the dosage individually to your personal requirements. In addition, the high concentration of ingredients makes the D3/K2 drops from Gods Rage one of the most cost-effective vitamin D3/K2 products on the market.

D3K2 in Tropfen

D3 mit K2 zu finden ist schon nicht immer leicht, das ganze dann als Tropfen zu finden ist tatsächlich noch viel schwieriger, schön dass man sich hier seit jahren drauf verlassen kann.
