Whey protein covers your protein needs and the instant coffee helps you start your day full of energy.

  • One frozen banana
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 handful of ice cream
  • Toppings to taste


  1. Place all ingredients except the toppings in a blender and blend until you have a creamy texture. Add more almond milk if needed to achieve the desired texture.
