The esterification of creatine occurs when carboxylic acid and alcohol react. This process forms Creatine Ethyl Ester. Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate is then formed when Creatine Ethyl Ester is combined with an organic salt called Malate.

Where to find Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate?
Creatine itself is produced naturally by the body, but can also be found in red meat, pork, salmon, tuna and herring. As mentioned above, Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate is only produced when Creatine Ethyl Ester and Malate combine.

Directions
We recommend taking between 3g-6g of Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate daily depending on bodyweight and your individual response.

Timing
On workout days take 2g-3g of Creatine Ethyl Ester Malate about 20-30 minutes before exercise on an empty stomach. Take a further 2g-3g immediately after exercise. On non-workout days take 2-3g once or twice, ideally on an empty stomach to increase absorption.
