NO preLoad was designed for one simple purpose. It is supposed to increase the exercising capacity through maximum stimulation of the nervous-hormonal system, improve the oxygen and nutrients supply for the working muscles and make them bursting under the pressure of inflowing blood.
To this end to mutually supplementing formulas were designed: CarNO PUMP and Burning Energy MTRX:

CarNO PUMP is:
Actinos - carefully selected bioactive peptides of 2 unique fractions of whey protein isolate, which acting in synergy demonstrate strong properties in the direction of synthesis of nitrogen oxide (NOS). They drastically intensify nitrogen oxide (NO) production in the body and increase to maximum the quantity of blood pumped into the muscles during the exercise. During the tests (the publication is in the process of being prepared) the amazing approx. 9-13 times increase of nitrogen oxide production was observed compared to the placebo group. Nobody has been associating to date the whey proteins with "the muscle pump", but the times have changed and Olimp Laboratories presents now Actinos.

ArginoCarn (Acetyl-L-Carnitine Arginate; ALCA) – patented innovative ingredient increasing the share of fatty acids in the energy generation in mitochondria. It also optimises the transformations and utilisation of sugar contained in the blood stream. It has direct impact on acceleration of the reduction of fatty tissue, increases the energy reserves of the cells, sport durability and shortens the time required for full regeneration. The substantially increased ATP production effectiveness in the cells contributes to the improved work of the nervous systems and improvement of cognitive functions. This allows to concentrate better and stay in this condition for longer time during an intensive training. Additionally L-arginine, which is a submolecule of ArginoCarn molecule, irrespective of Acetyl-L-Carnitine, intensifies the production of nitrogen oxide (NO), which improves the blood flow through the muscles and oxygen and nutrients supply for the muscles. The effectiveness of ArginoCarn is confirmed by numerous scientific reports.

AAKG (L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate) – it was added to the formula, because it is the key for its effective functioning. L-Arginine is a basic substrate for the synthesis of nitrogen oxide (NO).. Its insufficient supply could result in the occurrence of this reaction to a very limited extent, insufficient under the state of strong physical burden of the body. The effect of "the muscle pump" would be very low as well. Alpha-Ketoglutarate is an indirect product of Krebs cycle and plays important role itself in the energy metabolism of every cell, additionally improving the transformations initiated by ArginoCarn.

Burning Energy MTRX is:
AstraGin - patented mixture of pharmaceutical extracts of pseudo-ginseng (Panax notoginseng) and astragalus (Astragalus membranaceous). The conducted tests demonstrate that the active ingredients of this mixture improve at cellular level (absorption from the blood stream) the absorption of amino acids, glucose and vitamins. The suggested operating mechanism is associated with the intensified synthesis of mRNA and proteins responsible for the transport of nutrients to the inside of the cell. The results of the tests (Chang TC, J.Agric. Food Chem., Vol. 55, No. 5, 2007) demonstrate that AstraGin increases the absorption of amino acids, glucose and vitamins by 62, 57 and 50% respectively. It improves the sensitivity of the insulin receptor by 38% and thus increases the efficiency of ATP production by 18% and the synthesis of muscle glycogen (24 hours after intensive exercise) by 60%. AstraGin guarantees the most effective supply of the working muscle cells with the nutrients and the highest efficiency of absorption of macro-ingredients after the exhausting training. Together with added vitamins from group B responsible for the maintenance of the appropriate rate of metabolic transformations of carbohydrates and proteins, materially shortens the time required for the regeneration of the body.

Extract of schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) – contains one of the strongest adaptogenes, which help handle the stress factors and tiredness. The extract of Schisandra chinensis improves the concentration and focus on training, increases the muscle strength and speed of their shrinking. Together with beta-alanine it delays the emergence of the tiredness during physical exercise, which allows to increase the level of training intensity and substantially improve its capacity with the maximum burden on the muscle system. The Schisandra extract also serves the function of excellent antioxidant effectively reducing the level of free radicals, which in vast quantities are generated in the muscles during the intensive training. They should be clearly kept at the lowest level possible to minimise the risk of damaging the protein structures of muscle cells. For this reason the composition of Burning Energy MTRX was strengthened by glucuronolacton acting very effectively in this area. The mixture of quickly acting water-free caffeine and long-released caffeine, contained in the guarana extract, gives the quick energy boost, which transforms into the extended over time modulation of the activity of catecholamines, which substantially accelerate the metabolism speed, stimulate, increase the durability and add energy. The activity of caffeine excellently interacts with the working mechanism of active ingredients of Cayenne pepper extract, which visibly improves the ability of the body to produce the energy through the increase of the level of oxidization of fatty acids.
