Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 8 capsules of AminoCell with 6 to 10 ounces of cold water. For best results take 8 capsules prior to intense exercise (pre-workout) and another serving after intense exercise (post-workout). AminoCell may also be used in place of a protein shake when dieting as it contains high amounts of Branched Chain Amino Acids (without all the calories).

Warnings
Due to the potent nature of this product we recommend using AminoCell for no longer than a 16 week "on" cycle followed by at least 2 weeks "off" period before supplementing with AminoCell again.
